Black Pine Bunjin
This Japanese Black Pine is by no means to the point of being a Bunjin
quality Bonsai, but ever since I first purchased from nursery stock in 1991 my
intent has been to develop this tree into such a masterpiece. I believe the tree
has the innate qualities to be such a noble tree, with its windswept trunk that
should develop nicely as it thickens. An abundance of branches at good positions
should be helpful in developing foliage pads and back branches.
