Mystery Mail, Chapter III
Selling off a legacy?
Well, the mystery mailer has stricken once more! Today (June 21st), I received another #10 business envelope with photocopies of something that was Japanese in origin. All I can say is it's a damn shame that our mysterious mail buddy didn't include a phone number for this place. As you can see below, it appears that Allan has put a couple of prize beauties on the market: his 1993 Bill DeLap, and what appears to be a 1963 Gibson SG Custom -- perhaps the one that graced the cover of the "album that does not exist."
By the way, this time, the envelope was postmarked: Reading, PA. Now... who in the hell is sending this stuff?!?
1993 Bill DeLap guitar; 585,000 Yen (~$6930.00 U.S.)
Apparently an authentication note (close-up, with Polaroid of Allan)
1963 Gibson SG Custom; 495,000 Yen (~$5900.00 U.S.) -- note Allan's signature on the upper bout
